It's easy to Enrol in our service, simply use the easy My Family Lounge casual booking App or for permanent bookings, follow the 3 simple steps below

Register for My Family Lounge in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1 For families who have attended this service before and are NEW to My Family Lounge - please contact your service to generate a login for My Family Lounge for you. For NEW families to this service who have not used My Family Lounge before, click on the REGISTER button on the right. You will be taken through to a registration process to create your My Family Lounge account. For NEW families to this service who have used My Family Lounge before, skip to step 2! Step 2 Log into your MFL account and tell us about you, your child and what bookings you are after so we can help you out. Step 3 If you have requested permanent bookings, we will come back to you within 48hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an offer and ask you to accept the offer and complete and submit the Enrolment form in the MFL portal.
